This picture shows the integral flashing "Smart Tray" fitted in a Traditional stepped sequence. Due to the lengh of trays required we opted for this type of bed joint installation to ensure stability of the outer leaf of brickwork. Shorter runs which dont undermine the main strengh of the outer leaf are usualy fitted in line with the roof pitch. This type of installation can be seen at the bottom of the picture were we previously fitted over Mr Platts conservatory in Oldham , Lancashire.
